How we decide to use AI is our choice. That is exactly what we will discuss on Thursday, December 4th, from 1:30 to 2:30 PM Eastern during the Consulting Roundtable Discussion.

AI isn’t here to replace independent consultants. It’s here to make our lives easier if we use it intentionally.

As consultants our value comes from our:

• ability to analyze, synthesize, and solve problems clients can’t solve alone.
• interpersonal skills which are essential to help implement change and gain buy-in.
• ability to deliver results and be accountable for our recommendations.

These are the human abilities that set you apart from technology. AI can assist you with them, but it can’t replace you and how you think.

During this one-hour interactive session, we’ll look at practical ways independent consultants are using AI for reflection, research, analysis, content, and operational support while keeping human insight at the center of how we think about our work.

After a short overview, we’ll open the discussion to share ideas, tools, and lessons learned.
