Hi Reader, I’m offering a workshop in January that I have not offered in this format for several years. It’s a nine-week, live workshop focused on what you may have heard me refer to as your Business Core—the foundational elements of your consulting business and the key to building your business with greater confidence and ease. When your Business Core is clear and aligned, decisions become easier. Your messaging sharpens. Conversations with the right people improve. And momentum tends to follow. When it’s not clear or aligned, even a good effort—the good old college try—can feel scattered, frustrating, and exhausting.
