I’m offering a workshop in January that I have not offered in this format for several years.

It’s a nine-week, live workshop focused on what you may have heard me refer to as your Business Core—the foundational elements of your consulting business and the key to building your business with greater confidence and ease.

Your Business Core consists of three essential elements:

  • Your Focus — your what and your why; the one thing you want to be known for
  • Your Ideal Client — your who; the people you are best positioned to serve and where you can find them
  • Your Service Offering — your how; your point of view which drives your methodology and the services you provide

These three elements work together. When they are clear and in balance, they make it easier to articulate what you do, build trusted relationships, and create opportunities that lead to clients and more consistent revenue.


Why offer this program now?

There is no better time than the beginning of a new year to step back, assess your business, and determine what you need to clarify and strengthen.

This workshop is designed so that in less than 90 days, you can have a strong foundation in place for 2026—clarity around your focus, confidence in who you serve, and a clearer way to explain how you are different and how you deliver value.

I’ve seen many consultants, as they work through this process and validate that their ideal clients are interested in what they want to be known for, gain confidence quickly. In some cases, those conversations lead to meaningful opportunities that can be nurtured. In other cases, those conversations lead to immediate new clients. How this happens is you are finally talking about your business with clarity and intention.

What I also know is that most consultants don’t struggle because they lack experience or expertise. They know the value they provide but they struggle because they lack clarity—clarity about what they want to be known for, who they are best positioned to serve, and how they are different.

When your Business Core is clear and aligned, decisions become easier. Your messaging sharpens. Conversations with the right people improve. And momentum tends to follow.

When it’s not clear or aligned, even a good effort—the good old college try—can feel scattered, frustrating, and exhausting.

This workshop is designed to help you gain that clarity so that 2026 can be your strongest year yet.


Who this is for

This workshop is for you if you are:

  • An independent consultant who has had clients but has hit a plateau and doesn’t know why. You may be struggling to connect with the right people, dealing with inconsistent revenue, or feeling overwhelmed.
  • Someone who wants to start your own consulting business—either full-time or part-time—and would rather begin with clarity than figure it out the hard way.
  • A subcontractor who is ready to move from supporting someone else’s business to building your own.

It is not a fit if you are casually exploring consulting, looking for a quick fix, or unwilling to do the hard work—including understanding the why behind the tactical actions.


What the workshop includes

  • Weekly live calls (Tuesdays) with replays
  • Weekly clinics (Thursdays) for questions, application, and feedback
  • A supportive community to connect with peers, exchange feedback, and ask questions between sessions
  • Templates, scripts, tools, and videos, including AI prompts designed to save time and help you act more quickly
  • Lifetime access to the materials and updates, as long as the program exists

This is an intentionally small, hands-on program. I want to see participants succeed, not just complete content.


What you leave with

By the end of the workshop, you have:

  • Clarified your Focus, the one thing you want to be known and paid for
  • Defined your Ideal Client and where you can find them
  • Validated that your focus resonates with people who are willing to pay
  • Created a prototype of your Point of View, your differentiator, and a supporting methodology
  • Identified the tactical services you will offer

Many participants also leave with early marketing assets and connections to people who may become clients.

  • $2,000 if you enroll by December 31
  • $2,500 starting January 1
