Another way to look at it is, it is how you help your clients transform their business. Your Point of View is based on your experience, expertise, and your strengths. It is what makes you unique and sets you apart in a crowded field of other consultants. It helps potential clients say, “You get it. You get me. Can we talk?” A clear, compelling Point of View...
A POV is not just about marketing or communication. It’s about clarity. Before I move on to the next consulting series, here’s a recap of the five POV videos. 1. Market You with the Help of Your Consulting Point of View: Before you can craft a Point of View you need to understand what a Point of View is, why it is important to your business, and how you should start thinking about your own Point of View. Four (4) Outcomes of a GREAT Point of View: A great Point of View achieves four outcomes. This video unpacks each outcome and explains why they matter to your success. 5. Why Great Points of View Fail: Lessons from Edison & Tesla: There are four great lessons every one of us can learn from Edison, Tesla, and the story of electricity. The story is an excellent example of how brilliant ideas fail or at least the person with the best Point of View is left behind. This Week's Question.
