I'm excited to follow up on my promise and officially announce the new Monthly Consulting Roundtable series. This new format replaces the previous monthly Question and Answer sessions and is designed to be a more collaborative and engaging experience.

As I surveyed independent consultants about future consulting needs, I heard from many of you that AI and Consulting is a top concern. So, I’m making it our first topic.

The roundtables will be held on the first Thursday of each month at 1:30 PM Eastern.

Each session will focus on a topic that helps you strengthen your consulting business, connect with other consultants, and gain actionable insights you can use immediately. The roundtables start with an overview of the monthly topic and then we will open the room for discussion. Within 24 hours, attendees receive a recap of the conversation.

• Be engaged: Please have your camera on and be ready to participate in the discussion.
• Share your insights: The value of this session comes from a discussion and the sharing of practical ideas.
• Limited seating: To keep the discussion focused, seating is limited.
• No replay: This is a live, interactive event. I won't be providing a replay.
• Notify in advance: If you register and find that you cannot attend, please let me know so I can offer your spot to someone else.
