Building Momentum: Consulting Updates to Help You Finish 2025 Strong

Hi Reader As we head into the final quarter of 2025, my focus is on finishing this year strong and laying the groundwork for 2026. Part of my laying the groundwork was listened closely during recent conversations to your feedback and a survey. You told me that AI and its impact on your consulting business is top of mind.
You also raised concerns about the economy and the increase in the number of people becoming consultants.
These are real challenges, and the challenges have influenced my strategies for 2026. That includes my approaches to in future insights, educational videos, and interviews as well as the Consulting Mastery program. With the challenges in mind, here are two changes and one request for input from you. Monthly First Thursday Question and Answer Sessions The First Thursday Question and Answer sessions are ending immediately. What that means is there is no First Thursday Question and Answer on October 2nd. But something new is beginning. Starting in November, I’ll host a Monthly Roundtable Discussion. It is free but there is limited seating and sign-up is required. November’s focus: AI and Consulting.
When? That is where you come in. While I’d like to keep these on the first Thursday of the month at 2 PM Eastern, I want to hear from you. What day of the week and time (Eastern) works best for you?
